Three Thoughts were written with the intention of being easy melodic pieces. I have always admired the work of the French composer Erik Satie (1866-1925) who was composing music a t a time when harmony was so vague with impressionism. His compositions are unique and they stand as a mile stone in the history of music retaining the bare essentials of musical composition.

The "Three Thoughts" desire you to portray your reflections in musical sound.

The work is dedicated to Leslie Wolf Robb an amazing musician living in the San Diego area.

She has done so much to enhance music with young people.
